Marketing Information: The N-Ferno 6802ZI Zippered Trapper Hat with Bump Cap Insert provides warmth from extreme cold, as well as lightweight protection from bumps, scrapes, bruises and other minor head injuries. Wear alone as a classic aviator hat or open the top zippered compartment to add the 8945 Universal Bump Cap Insert (included) for work in cramped spaces.This trapper hat features a windproof and water-resistant oxford nylon shell lined with 40 grams of 3M THINSULATE Insulation for comfortable warmth in extreme conditions. A water-resistant crown lining prevents sweat or moisture from being absorbed into the lining to keep you dry and warm. Ear flaps can be buttoned up for improved hearing through the small ear holes or down for increased warmth. A chin strap with YKK buckle allows an adjustable fit, and a reflective accent on the back keeps workers safe and seen.Included with the trapper hat is a Skullerz 8945 Universal Bump Cap Insert. This impact-resistant shell is made of lightweight durable polypropylene and is designed with maximum ventilation for breathable airflow that doesn't compromise protection. An interior foam pad reduces impact but does not absorb odors for fresh all-day wear. We offer next day delivery anywhere in F=five boroughs We also offer shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S., generally via UPS for smaller items. We can ship orders placed beforeĀ 4:00 pm ESTĀ for next day delivery.ĀĀ

Why are items missing from my order?
Sometimes we ship items from different locations. We have fulfillment centers across the U.S. and if the center near you does not have a particular item, we simply ship from a different location. You only need to watch for a separate package, which on occasion, may arrive on a different day.Ā

What carriers do you use for shipping?
For local deliveries, Court Street Office Supplies uses its own trucks and drivers. For other orders, we usually use UPS. Freight deliveries for large or oversized orders are shipped with a variety of carriers depending on region and size of order.Ā

Why did I receive a different brand item as ordered?
Our priority is getting you what you need on time. We use warehouses in over 30 facilities throughout the US, so we can guarantee next day delivery. Unfortunately items of a particular brand are sometimes out of stock and often we have an equivalent item in stock from a different manufacturer. Since our priority is getting you your on time, we will ship the equivalent, making sure it the substitute is at a minimum, a 100% equivalent.
